My wife and I adopted two Maine Coon kittens and one of them kept urinating on our very expensive king size mattress. We contacted Sheen and the gentleman came out that same morning. We can’t thank and say enough great things about how wonderfully and professionally the mattress was cleaned at such a reasonable cost. The oder and the stains are completely gone and the mattress looks and smells brand new! Thank you again so very much!!

I will only let Joe and his team handle any damage to any of my properties i own here in the Hollywood Beach area and it’s not because he is a really great guy, it’s because he is a hard working man who will Get It Done Right! I have used his services in the past and i hope i will not have to call him anytime soon i have his number on my refrigerator for almost 20 years, WOW… you can trust him 100%. call him and ask for one of those magnets, you will be glad you did !

Honest, honest, honest! What a cleaning job!

Today, Joe came over to give me an estimate for cleaning an area rug. He told me that cleaning the rug would not remove the black stains, as the rug was sisal.. I then asked him about cleaning the tile floor in my kitchen. He again told me not to waste my money and explained how to do it simply myself.

I then asked about my leather sofa – that he agreed to do. He cleaned it beautifully, explaining as he went how not to damage the leather with certain cleaning products in the future, which I admitted I had tried to no avail.

Joe could have cleaned my rug and my kitchen floor along with the sofa but he was too honest to do so. I haven’t met many people in S. Florida with such integrity. I will definitely call him again.

I love white. It’s a fetish of mine. White t-shirts, white kitchen and white carpets. I live in Boca, on 7th, with my husband, my 3 sons and our golden retriever. Let me tell you, the carpet did NOT look white after last summer.

I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt, sand and stones (the size of rocks!) that my boys brought it, and when my hubby came through the front dripping grease everywhere, that was the last straw! I just had to get someone to clean my carpets, I couldn’t face doing it myself. I asked around, got the number for Sheen, and it was amazing! My carpets are white again! Not off white, or almost white – white-white! Now just to do something about those boys

I came home the other day and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I live in the Lauderdale Lakes area, just off from the Lakes mall, and my neighbour’s son was just learning to drive, and he crashed their car into their swimming pool!

Not that I was bothered by that, but the pool cracked, and all the water ended up right in my kitchen. I have never seen so much water, and I hope that I won’t see that much water again. It came through so strongly, the back door was ripped off its hinges, and I don’t think I’ll ever see my garden gnomes again. The plus side to all this was getting Sheen to come over – Joe was the guy in charge, and he knew exactly what to do.

The water was removed, the door was cleared away, and the whole thing was over a lot quicker than I expected. But I don’t think my neighbour’s son is getting the car keys again in a hurry!

I work down at the Central Shopping Plaza, and I was having people from work over for a bbq at my house in Douglas Road. It was so important for me to make a good impression on my boss when he came over with the rest of the gang, I nearly died when my husband dropped the red wine on the carpet. It got everywhere, the carpet, the floor, it even splashed on the couch.

But when I called you up, not only did you guys come over super fast, you took care of everything. There wasn’t a stain or a drop to be seen when you were done, and the carpet looked even better than before! I can’t thank you enough for what you did, and we had a great time with the guys from work, too!

We’ve been lucky so far, but the latest flood in Miami was right in our area – we’re right off Miami Beach – and we got the full blast. Our basement was completely flooded and the entire first floor was covered in 4 inches of water, completely covering the carpet we got from my grandparents. We didn’t know who to turn to, as this was the middle of the night, and we didn’t want to wait until morning to get started cleaning, because who knows what would have floated away before morning comes, and besides, Nana always said not to put off things. Then the Sheen team arrived, and boy, was it a relief. They took control of the situation, assured us that they can handle everything, and they did! I don’t know how they did it, but ALL the water was gone by the time I got back from dropping the kids off at their grandparents (who wanted to know how the carpet was doing, of course). There wasn’t much to be done about the stuff in the basement, so thank God you guys carted the trash away, but the carpet in the front hall was saved!
